Finally after two years of planning, Taiwan Association for Information Systems (http://www.twais.org/) is formally established and listed on the AIS Website.  The first general meeting of TWAIS was convened and attended by 25 IS scholars to read and pass the Bylaws on May 23 (Saturday) at 1:15 pm.  Ten minutes after the Bylaws was passed, the first slate of officers and the At-Large Directors was nominated and elected at 2:50pm and the meeting was adjourned at 3:00pm.
